• Identification for Prize Claims: Government-issued identity proofs (such as PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, or Bank Account details) solely required when processing statutory prize claims exceeding legal thresholds as mandated by the Directorate of Kerala State Lotteries.
• Technical & Log Data: Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, device identifiers, and page visit timestamps collected automatically for fraud prevention and system security.

3. Payment & Financial Security

When completing ticket bookings through our website, we offer verified payment channels including Direct UPI (`Pay via UPI`), UPI QR Code, Bank IMPS/NEFT, and secure Payment Gateways (such as Razorpay).

For direct manual payments, we store your submitted proof of payment (screenshot and/or 12-digit UTR number) exclusively to reconcile your transaction with your allocated lottery ticket batch before final draw participation.

4. Ticket Ownership & Physical Custody

Every ticket purchased on our website is an actual, physical paper ticket issued by the Government of Kerala.

• Sole Legal Ownership: The customer whose registered name and mobile number appear on the purchase record is the sole beneficial owner of the allocated ticket numbers.
• Digital Scanned Proof: Scanned digital copies and watermarked purchase certificates are uploaded to your customer account under Check Ticket Status.
• Physical Storage in Insured Lockers: Physical paper tickets are safeguarded in climate-controlled, secure vaults until the official draw at 3:00 PM on the scheduled draw date.
• Original Ticket Handover: For major prize-winning tickets requiring physical presentation to the Kerala State Lotteries Directorate or nationalized banks, the original physical ticket is safely delivered or handed over to the verified winner.

6. Tracking Technologies, Meta Pixel & CAPI

To analyze website performance and ensure marketing accuracy, our site may utilize Meta (Facebook) Pixel and server-side Conversions API (CAPI).

• Server-Side Event Protection: When tracking purchase completions, customer data (such as phone numbers or email addresses) is securely hashed using irreversible SHA-256 encryption before transmission to Meta's Graph API, in full adherence to privacy standards.
